The inspiration for the development of our service largely comes from our own pet hates whilst pursuing our own investment activities. What we have aimed to achieve is a comprehensive financial analysis of the property to determine the true net yield and return on investment (ROI). During this meeting we will cover the purpose behind your investments, your risk appetite, financial strategy, property specification, performance targets, all clarified within the context of your portfolio goals and life-long ambition.

We will also offer the opportunity to do a review of your buying power, introducing you to BTL and commercial loan specialists, along with any other introductions that are desirable to ensure a seamless transition into building an investment portfolio.

Post your Stratagem Consultation we will drill into the highlighted locations, begin sourcing and assessing investments with reference to your investor profile.

At this stage, all you must do is to wait and review our investment surveys. We will make ourselves available to talk you through the surveys – the holistic due diligence that we have compiled. The opportunity is given for your feedback so we can make the necessary adjustments to your investor profile and our sourcing activities.
